The management office is less than dependable. The young women who run the place think nothing of closeing the office and going off on errands of their own whenever they please. Because of this, if you have a package due from Fe-Ex or UPS, keep your fingers crossed. The laundry is awful, whith both washing and drying machines often out-of-order. (Many people go out to a laundramat to do their cleaning.) It is a space in need of physical repair as well, and has needed this for years. Maintenace is generally quite good, but not always as timely as one would hope. Sometimes a work request in person at the office is never written down and it is a good bet a tenant will have to re-request their repair need(s). Plenty of parking, but not for your family or visitors--a non-tenant vehicle will be towed at the owners expense.
Can be a noisy building with complainers often being guilty parties themselves. Health Club and pool part of the rent, so no additional cost for them. Gas and water are provided. Electric heat and during winter months can be very costly. Has been pet abuse and occasional drug problems crop up.
