Some Good, Some Bad

The Woolen Mill has a lot of charm and really has a great location. The apartment has a generous amount of space and has a unique feeling to it. However, the prices are a little high for what it includes. The electric heat is a pain and can be very very expensive. The appliences are old and not energy efficient. (It is common to have to clean the dishes again, or throw away some ice cream, or wait 5 minutes for the burners on a pilot-lit stove to come on.) The most agonizing issue is the thickness of the walls. I can hear the most minute conversations if you sit in the right place. God forbid someone gets in a fight because you will be completely caught up in their conversation. I can hear cell phones vibrating on a table, and food disposals from accoss the hall. The office is never open like it says it is, and getting them to respond is sometimes a pain. The exterior and common areas are all well maintained and the health club is a great benefit.
