The Woolen Mill Apts.

From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/29/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   After searching for days for an apartment I came back to the first spot I found, the Woolen Mill. It's more expensive than other locations however you need to factor in the off-street parking(with heated ramp), gym, pool, on-site laundry, on-site staff, and proximity to Burlington. Despite what others have written, the staff is great. Packages were always delivered, always willing to help...the nicest "landlords" I have ever had. Noise' Its an apartment. The noise is not that bad, if you want absolute silence, you probably should not be looking to move into a 70 unit building. Also, all these people writing about it being filled with college students who party' Where/when were these parties' I wish I had found them. Only complaints, no central air and I was told cable would be provided for free but that deal fell through. Oh, the electric bills...live above the heated pool, never paid more than $50/month.
