Overall it was not bad. Parking leaves a little to be desired, you can't park in the streets or your car is towed without any warning but they tell you that when you move in. The group in the office is very friendly and maintenance is quick to respond. It was a nice place to live will definatly come back if ever stationed in the area again the homes are huge compared to my old place in Everett and the rent isn't to high.
