We lived in CCL for a year and recently had to move sight unseen to the east coast. The apartment we live in now is smaller, no disposal, things like that that one can take for granted. I'd have to say overall the maintenence staff was always pretty prompt and usually were able to fix most problems. The office sfaff was great too, the only complaint I'd say about them is their consistency. One day soneone could tell a resident a policy about something and the next day someone else could go in and ask the same question and get a totally different answer. I did have a crazy (and I mean an absolute looney toon) neighbor. That was a little scary at times because the staff said they could not do anything about what he was doing, however some of us really paid the price for his stupidity. The place we live in now, we didn't even get a hello when we arrived to sign our lease, after driving 3,000 miles I at least expect a smile and a welcome. So I think now that CCL is great compared to what we have come to, biggest complaints were no parking, no linen closets in the 2br or no pantry. That kinda stunk. But overall I loved that people were outside a lot and there were kids everywhere, it really felt like a neighborhood, so thank you CCL staff for making our experience one to be thankful for.
