The majority of people living here are friendly. The maintenance staff is friendly. However, getting things repaired takes a long time due to how often things break. Many of the neighbors complained when their belongings were removed from their porches and patios by request of management. We constantly see police around here. This place is the talk of the town, and not in a good way. Parking spaces are limited and there's been some vandalism. If you don't have to don't move here.
