I have lived here for about two years. Over the last 8 months things have really started to slip. Cars park in the streets causing you to have to take side streets because you can't pass. Kids ride their bikes and play in the streets, they walk right in front of your car, these are not little kids these are the teenagers. Cars speed through what happened to the 5 mph speed limit' This Saturday I watched the staff drive by in their golf cart and do nothing while they drove past 4 cars parked up on the curbs down the street from our house. We went into the office for the umteenth time to complain about the cars and was told "we are aware of the problem but there is not much we can do other than issue a warning if we see it during the day" well last time I checked ,1 oclock in the afternoon is daytime, was a warning issued NO! This is not the first time both myself and my neighbors have seen this. The police department has even had to come out and hand out notices warning people that they will ticket the cars. What is the office staff doing to enforce their own policies' Do they even care' Lip service only does so much. The place used to be clean, now there are crooked street signs, tires in peoples front yards and satellite dishes with wires running down the front of the homes. It looks like a ghetto, the only time the staff seems to clean the place up is a couple of days before the guy driving the Hummer comes in. If you come in to rent from them make sure to ask how many of the street lights work or the last time our furnace filters were replaced. They seem to be full because someone from my division came in to rent and was told they don't have anything right now, if this is the case where is the staff that used to be out on the property taking care of things when was the last time the trash, toys and beer bottles were cleaned up' Do they even show up for work' Please beware before you rent here, yes the rent is cheap and I can't rent a house in Everett for the same price for the size of the Apartment you are getting but if you like to have rude neighbors, block parties with drunks outside on the weekends, pitbulls and very large dogs tied up in yards, a total lack of respect from your neighbors and staff then this is the place for you. The Navy plugs this place heavily as this is their alternative to base housing so we have new homes to "improve our quality of life", give me the old housing that was run by the Navy anyday, my house may not be as nice but at least their is some sort of enforcement of rules and professionalism. The first part of my stay here was great, but the last 8 months have definatly declined, I wish there was a buyout clause in the lease so I could have left then.

I totally agree with everything this person said we lived there over 3years and man the last to especially the last year was hell. To many things that make it so misrable to live there like in the summer all the parents that dont watch there kids and all the neighborhood kids come and jump in your kids pool and you dont even know them. Its like some of the adults there think because we are all military its one big happy family or something.
