I have lived here for just over a year. I have had very few complaints. However, when I have complaned about pretty serious situations, I am told "put it in writting". I cannot believe that as a paying resident I can't get anything done. This place was so different when I moved in. It now looks and feels like the ghetto. Honestly they pick and choose who to help and who to enforce the "rules" with. This place is a joke. So are "certain" managers.

I do have to say I lived there for three years and the first manager was female and wonderful and seemed to care the one after is male and he does not seem to be very professional.
