I have lived here for 2 years. I have not had many complaints about the property in general. The property is not ghetto at all, you do have certain residents that don't abide by the rules and try to get away with what they can. The parking is very limited. For the size of the home and money amount that I pay it is well worth it. The grounds are well kept after and I have had all my maintenance issues taken care of within 48 hours. The office staff is always friendly and listens to my concerns and needs.
