If you like being lied to and avoided move to Carrol's Creek Landing!! The Management can not move up out of the office to address situations. If you have a problem with surrounding residents then either you go address the problem yourself or just blow it off. The managers DO NOT CARE!! It is fully understandable that they are looking for money but you have to maintain teh lease you provide or you can not keep your residents happy. If you have maintance problems you can never reach anyone through the after hours pager! If management doesn't liek you then you might as well fix your own problems. I believe the dog poop issues can be easily addressed if everyone would return it to the owners of the dog...or give it to management. That is a possible spark that may get some attention...Basically if you want a well managed place to live AVOID CARROLL'S CREEK LANDING!!! If you want any more information on this property you should just walk the neighborhood and ask some residents that you see, but don't just asked a few make it worth your wild ask A LOT OF PEOPLE!!

I TOTALLY AGREE!!! The management staff is extremely biased,two faced. If you make complaints TOO MANY times, you are sure to be disliked. They only care about the rent being paided on time,having the vacant units filled and new appliances installed. they are not concern about your well being while you live here. When it comes to the current residence,they don't want to be bothered unless they like you. They don't give proper notice for rent increase. The safey of the excess amount of children is not a concern for management and understand that is alot parents responsibility. The residence,their guest do not follow the speed limit and management staff does not care. They no longer address the speeding issue. So, hopefully you don't have children that want to play outside. The children are at risk playing outside in CARROLL'S CREEK LANDING due to speeders,dog poop,summer parties that get out of hand by adults!This has been brought to the attention of the management staff and it still continued. So,if i knew what i know i now i would have never moved here. I have only lived here less than a year. Good luck in your dicision,if you choose to move here, take notes and ask people who live here because a few people i know are looking to move.I recommend you visit the marysville police department and get information on the crime that since December has drastically spiked and management again shows interest in fixing the safety issue."REMEMBER THAT LOOKS ARE VERY DECEIVING ." i hope you find this helpful.
