Carrol's Creek is the worst of budget housing. As they have a contract with the Navy their homes are almost always chock full, and they take that for granite. They know that most residents are their because they don't have an option to look for better housing, and they will surely treat you as such. The homes are small, the walls are thin, the children are in the street constantly. Never mind trying to get anything fixed if there is something wrong, and when you move out you sure as heck better make sure things are better in your apartment than when you moved because they are going to find every nick and crack that is present (even if it was there when you moved in) to bill you for.
Parking is a joke. The walls are paper thin, as my neighbors can attest as they would complain if I had a movie on at the quietest level, and I won't even start discussing their family feuds that I was more than able to hear.

Im kinda scared to move here....any new improvements for june 2008 to now?
