well, where do I start on this one' It's easier to do in list form:
1) Garbage dumpsters overflowing like clockwork
2) Ignorant residents who have no common sense who raise their kids the same way
3) DRAMA DRAMA DRAMA!!!!!
4) Loose dogs and cats all over the neighborhood
5) Drug dealers next door and multiple child protective services complaints
6) Cars broken into while underway
7) Unsat carpeting that cannot be cleaned to a decent condition
8) Extremely drafty in colder weather and downstairs is never warm enough
9) Rent increases even when BAH or your base pay doesn't increase
10) Loud sewer covers wake you up when driven over
11) the 2 parks that are here are small, dirty and over ran by punk ass teenagers. I would never allow my kids there alone!!!

12) garages are only suitable for a compact car, not a SUV or truck
13) Maintenance is rediculous. good luck getting anything fixed in a timely manner, let alone done the right way

14) Legally required CO detectors are defective as per the maintenance man and they are not doing anything proactive to replace them

15) Residents' loud car mufflers and loud parties outside. I guess a general disregard for anyone except themselves

16) Making a left hand turn out of here onto 172nd is usually very difficult

I can say more but you get the idea. the place looks really nice on the website but it is very decieving. I truly would not reccommend this to anyone. Out of Great Lakes, Oceana and here, this is by far the worst Navy housing we have been in. Makes me wonder why the navy endorses this place with all the other communities in the greater Everett area. Is someone's pockets being lined or what' If we read this site before living here, I would have rented in Granite Falls or anywhere besides here.

I second the motion! When our lease is up we are out of here asap! Not to mention they rent to civilians cheaper than the military! This place is such a rip off. Everything is true about the review. Very poor designs, they want u to water your yards (the ones you dont have) A yard to me..is fenced in. The streets are so narrow and god for bid if you have two cars. The 2 bed room downstairs is a joke of a layout. Do not move into the Navy housing.

YEAH ITS PRETTY BAD THERE I MOVED OUT OF THERE A YEAR AGO THANK GODD!!! WE HAD MICE IN OUR UNIT AND OUT CEILING WAS LEAKING WATER..AND OUR WASHING WAS NOT INSTALLED CORRECTLY AND LEAKED WATER ALL THREW OUT THE WALL CAUSING MOLD! THEN GOT CHARGED FOR 2 LIGHT BULBS WHEN WE MOVED...---- CCL!!!

I would love to know if you still live here, it would be nice to talk to someone that feels the SAME way I do. Its horrible. I am glad that I'm not the only one experiencing problems here. I felt like I was being singled out but I guess not.

yes we still live here hopefully when our lease is up in a couple months we won't be. we can't stand it. we leave to go to snohomish to go to church and when it's time to go home we dread it. when you turn down that long road entering ccl it's like everything is closing in on you. your going to a piece of crap you wish you never had to go back to. it's almost like hell living here.
