Like so many people on here, we moved here because of the Navy. My husband and I figured, well if the Navy contract is with this place then it might not be so bad. They try to advertise this community as an upscale townhome, "family friendly" community. However, it is not this! They do not enforce scoop laws, so when your on a walk you have to watch where you're stepping because there is dog poop everywhere! Keep in mind though that it's hard to take a walk on their "jogging trails" because they don't enforce tow regulations ACCORDING TO THEIR LEASE on people parking on the sidewalk, I came home to people parked on both sides of the street so my car couldn't even fit without scraping up against someones parked car I couldn't imagine trying to fit a truck or anything through there. You pay way too much rent for what you get. When I moved in this place was disgusting, the counters had food on them and there was a layer of grime on all of them. Maintenance takes at least four business days to respond to repairs and then they don't even fix it right. As for being family friendly, they have a lovely 10 PM quiet hour where, if you have guests kindly go INSIDE your houses and continue there, they don't enforce this either so even on weeknights you have people out in their driveways and in the streets getting drunk and yelling and screaming. Fireworks are also popular here. The pet deposit is OUTRAGOUS! $400 for a small pet after the deposit and pet fee and $500 for a pet over 25 pounds. What was the Navy thinking giving THIS place their contract. I hate it here and when my year is up I am gladly moving somewhere else. A box would be better than this place! P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS

maybe before you post something about a place you hate living in, you should have your facts straight. Everyone who complains about living here forgets that the Navy put this place together, so how wabout instead of complaining about management, you factor the Navy into there too.

wrong to the response the navy doesn't own nor contribute in any way to the building, maintenance or up keep of these crappy apts. when i called to the everett naval housing office to complain they said that it is a privatized housing unit and wasn't responsiable for any of it they only refer navy families to carroll's creek so maybe you should contact the navy before you relpy to something you know nothing about.
