I have been here for 3 years and love it. Good management. Great location. Kids can play basketball a little late and make some buoncing balls noise....but the rent is reasonable especially when I compare to rents from where I came from...Renton and Bellevue area, and this place is half the price and ten times nicer. ...and the apartments are very well taken care of. The grounds are impecably taken care of. This is Arlington, and I'd say the nicest place in town! Or...actually the nices place in Northwestern WA to rent as far as 2 and 3 bedroom apartments.

My 2 bedroom 2 bath is huge and it is next to a huge field and we have 3 deer that live nearby (and sleep outside my deck for weeks on end in late winter) and are in the lawn everyday for many weeks throughout the winter and spring. A couple Coyotes run around in the pasture next to us..and eagles soar around all the time looking for little lunch critters in the grass field. Mountains on one side and sunsets each night out my deck!

I love it here and I have lived many places in western WA. This is my favorite.

The managers are personable and caring.
