This is a very nice, quiet community. We have lived here for 7 months now and never had any problems. The lady in the leasing office has always taken care of us. They do a month to month lease, so you won't have to worry about being trapped for 6 months or a year.
The only bad thing I can say about the place is that this winter when it snowed a lot, it took a very long time for the roads to get cleared. Thankfully, everyone is very helpful here and when cars got stuck, you could always find a helping hand.
