I have lived in Twin Ponds for about 8 months and doing everything to get out of my lease! The place has garbage piled up so rats have found a new home. The parking lot has no lights so it is a breeding ground for car theifs! There has been many complants but nothing done. There is always an excuse for something not getting done. With confronting the new manager( who was replaced due to the old one stealing rent money for a long period of time) about getting things fixed in my unit and taking care of garbage she rudely yelled for me to leave her office and said it was not her problem! Twin POnds is not a safe place for anybody to live! The rent is too high, crime rate too high and incompetent staff is High!

I have family who live at twin ponds and have off and on for several years...I agree with the author in that alot needs to be done at this complex, but most importantly on a environmental level...these apts are around a reserve for birds and wildlife and is considered a wetlands area...therefore I find it disgraceful the condition created by tenants near and all around the pond area...there is oil standing in the water at the shores not to mention the trash that is cinstantly accumulating around the pond and I know for a fact that my family consistantly police the area trying to keep the level down. However this is way more than one person or family can handle this needs to be a community effort not just for now but for the future. C.C. Montgomery

I am so glad you posted this! I am living in a he*l hole right now and wanting to move south to be closer to my fiance's work. Moving from one he*l hole to the next will not be good. Also, I want a place where I can raise my 4 year old daughter safely. Sounds like this place is full of crack heads and enviromentally unstable. I care for the enviroment and this place doesn't! Thank you for your review. I will not be moving here!

well i am moving there and we went and looked at it. the whole place has been remodeled and looks really nice. the apartments are really clean, big, and nice. there was no garbage anywhere that we could see and everyone we have talked to who works there is very polite. i even met one of the managers and she was very nice and very helpful to me. i really like it there and there ARE lights so i am not sure what twin ponds anyone else is living at but we came and there are new street lamps and parking light everywhere. we talked to the lady again and she said that there haven't been any thefts of cars or anything like that reported so we shall see on that one cuz if my car gets broken into i may call the police. i won't leave becuase i need a house but so far it looks very nice.

i lived at twin ponds for a year and a half in that span 2 of the neighboring apartment buildings were raided for suspected meth labs i can't even count on both hands how many people either got their car stolen or broken into mine personally was broken into 3 times in one week! the manager is an evil nosy nancy that has nothing better to do with her time than meddle in everyone's business and when i tried to talk to her about possibly protecting her tenants she promptly told me since i wasn't on the lease (which i was) that i wasn't even worth her time. if you are even considering tenancy at twin ponds apartments you should be lobotomized and daftly kicked in the groin. it could be a great place to live if the manager wasn't such an uppity cnut and the tweekers from the neighboring complexes weren't such blatant thieving retards.
