one of the members of staff is a bit brash, but she gets her job done. close neighbors are awesome, every once in awhile you will get a bad apple. Parking is the WORST i have ever seen. Grounds are always kept nice, but rent keeps going up after every lease renewal either 6 months, 9 months or a year. Its nice you can have your animals though. I think it has the potential of being great. We have never had any problems with car prowls but we know people who have.
