NO This place is awful. As far as military housing goes it is the absolute worst. The houses are a decent size but if you have a 3 bdrom the two extra rooms are like the size of a regular room cut in half. It's loud all the time and the management is terrible. They never get to your problems

The Worst Housing Complex Ever This place is the worst place I have ever stayed. The Management group is nothing but money hungry thieves. The houses are built cheap, the handrails going upstairs were screwed into only dry-wall, not studs and yet we had to pay for the proper installation

Seen worse I have lived here for 2 years. I have not had many complaints about the property in general. The property is not ghetto at all, you do have certain residents that don't abide by the rules and try to get away with what they can. The parking is very limited. For the size of the home

Managment?? I have lived here for just over a year. I have had very few complaints. However, when I have complaned about pretty serious situations, I am told "put it in writting". I cannot believe that as a paying resident I can't get anything done. This place was so different when I moved in.

Negative The majority of people living here are friendly. The maintenance staff is friendly. However, getting things repaired takes a long time due to how often things break. Many of the neighbors complained when their belongings were removed from their porches and patios by request of management.
