I lived at this property for just under over 7 years. In that time, my rent was increased numerous times, the management staff changed 20-30 times, one minute I paid my water bill to the utility and the next I paid it to the management. I was never given a breakdown of how much water I used, even thought the whole complex signed a petition, and they put a bill on my door every month. The police were there nightly, cars were stolen, things were vandalized daily. The maintenance staff was never around. It took almost 6 months to get something simple fixed like a bathroom fan or a doorknob. I was told that parking would start being assigned to each unit,and it never was. A few times I had to park down the street from the complex as there were no parking spots. My neighbors were pretty nice for the most part until the last month of my lease when they started harassing me and people that were helping me move out. When talking to the management staff about various things that went on around the complex (mainly the management of Westwood Properties), I was talked down to, belittled, my concerns were pushed aside, and I was not listened to. I would not recommend this property to anyone because of my experiences.

wow i have lived here for almost a year now and i think i saw the cops on the property once. the parking does get irritating but thats because there are a bunch of people who have two many cars and they donw seem to be worried about the neighbors. but i have seen cars get towed because they have just been sitting there so its not like management hasnt been trying to help fix the problem. all of my work orders have been fixed well. it has taken up to a week at times but they get it done and its done right. i love living here so far and have only good things to say about the management and staff. they are doing a great just as far as i can tell.
