expect the auburn p.d every weekend!!!!!!! if you live on a bottom floor like i did you will hear everything your neighbor upstairs does. parties every weekend, noise is horrendous. staff has changed 3 times in the 1 year i lived there, you have to pay water and garbage, and electricity is a nightmare. appliances are better than most floor plans are ok space wise. if you want a quiet place to live police free, this is not for you. no where near enough parking and stolen cars get left in the parking lot for months and months without being towed to allow space for tenants.
