poor management. my move in date should be 11/29/02. but when my truk park frond of the unit I signed. they tell me there is no carpet in yet. i have to live in the next door with my three year old and 8 months old sleep on the floor for a week.they said will give me two weeks free for all of inconvenice, week later the manager give the key said carpet is done and is ready to move in. but when i walk in the unit. the apartment has not even been touched except carpet has been installed with very poor job. blind is miss a part. stove fan have no light and wires hug out, main door is not be able to closed right, water stain on the ceiling, entrace tile have four pices broken, liveing room heater not working......, i refused to move in, and i can not wait any longer with my kids sleep on the floor and eating fastfood. i choose to stay where i am, even this one has no storage room. the manager said it will be ok. no matter where i choose to stay i will still get the two weeks free. after 5 days, she told me her boss send e-mail to here that because i choose to stay in the unit where i am now, the 2 weeks free is not apply. there is a lot isue about mail, phone cable TV...., upstair people tell me their stove has been broken 2 weeks, still no one come to fix...., poor management. this apartment is managed by ALLIED GROUP
