The apartments themselves are rather nice. Washer/dryer in the unit, spacious, etc. But it is obvious they take some kind of rent vouchers from homeless or down-and-out individuals, many of whom do not know how to act in an apartment setting.

There is continuous loud noise from the parking lot, people fighting and yelling back and forth, loud cars, and a guy who continuously screams at his children. At times it is scary.

A good portion of these people do not appear to have steady employment.

Also, the dumpsters are continually overflowing.
