New maganment is a joke, theft is a huge problem. I have had a bike, batteries,screen door, stolen from me all on seperate occasions. Truck was broken into twice. Hit and run in the parking lot. At one time there was a homeless man living in the parking lot. Over priced and unfriendly. There is a huge turnover rate in the maintance crew. The quality keeps going down and the price keeps on rising. The lawn is like a swamp, you can sink right into it. This place is not safe, i have seen some peeping toms too.
