I have been reading through all these reviews - I'm blown away. Yes, this is Katrine Grove - the prior manager. Guess, that when you run a business by the book, you will always have people who don't like you...ummm.. wonder why''' Could it be that they don't go by the book'
Anyway, I want every one to know that Auburn Glen is an awesome property. Great location, beautiful apartments, lots and lots of wonderful amenties. I loved - and still love - Auburn Glen, as an assistant manager, a manager and most of all as a resident.

if going by the book means tellng residents your former employees "both do and sell drugs", "misplacing" (Throwing away i might add) previous resident files, and lying to thier faces, then what kind of a "BOOK" are you running by?
