I lived here for one year and am moving out soon. This place for the price is a total rip off. The appliances are from the 80's and I've complained about my dryer not working properly on several occasions now and no one has ever showed up to fix it. The management staff is rude and act as if you are bothering them any time you have an issue. The lose your paperwork and continually put notices on your door for things you have already signed. The parking lot is like a ghetto; there is mud pooled in all the covered parking stalls. There is constant police presence from all the domestic violence. The dumpsters are always over-flowing with trash and old furniture and mattresses are littering the dumpster areas and parking lot. The hallways are alway littered with cigarette butts, garbage, and leaves. In my apartment, I can smell every time someone lights a cigarette in the bathroom above mine and it stinks up the place. There is also dog feces all over in front of my bottom unit porch and in the warmer months you can smell it. For the price you can do much better, and I would definitely shop around. sounds like you don't live in the same Auburn Glen Apartments that I do...or maybe your just a hard person to deal with so the office staff doesn't want to listen to your gripping. If you have been here for a year then you have to admit that the apartments are 10 time better than they use to be... good luck finding another apartment building you like...i have a feeling that your "problems" will just follow you!
