I was lucky because i got in before the price hike but even if not this place is great. I have some jerks who live below me but they tell me that they are leaving as soon as their lease is up because A.G. refuses to renew their lease due to their excessive noise violations...yay!!! =) The office girls are awesome and always help me when I need it. I do have to ask to get things fixed a couple time before it is fixed usually but after I call to check status...they put it to teh front of the line.
