The only time he cleans up the grounds is when his(manager's) relatives are coming to visit. Work Orders have no importance to him. I can't even change my own lightbulb because it has caulking all over it. Kitchen lights don't work correctly- I cook in the natural light (dark). The stove popped a whole in one of my pots. There is bad leaking under the sink. My neighbor's fridge broke and it took the manager a week to replace it with a knee high fridge (you know the kind you take to the dorm). Also, she was pregnant and he wanted her to carry it up the stairs. The playground is unsafe for children even over 5 years. The computer room is always locked. When the parking lot was suppose to be resurfaced I moved my vehicles and the work still has never been done. This is Low income housing but it should still be run professionally/responsibly.
