I have not had any major problems since I have been here. The occasional noisy party or parking,but managemnt has addressed all problems. Now that the parking lots are redone parking is much better.The staff here are very accomidating and professional.They are doing alot of improvements and the community is really looking nice. I love the trees and the homie feeling. Yes,you get kids running around from time to time,or some loudness,but you have to remember you live in an apartment. You are going to deal with that where ever you are. The last place I lived had serious mold issues,drug raids,and management was a joke. I am very happy with Auburn Square. The management care about the people who live here,make an effort to plan get togethers,etc. It's nice to see they care.
