We lived there for about a year in 2004-2005. We had vechicles broken in to, our neighbors smoked like a chimney and our clothes always smelled like smoke, we had family from Canada come and parked in "non-guest" parking for less than an hour becuase they didn't know and were towed, with all of their valuables inside, to the tune of $300 ... let's see, it was infested with yellow jackets all summer, it was too small to fit full size washer/dryer in, almost had a drunk neighbor enter my house late at night... the price was ok, but it wasn't a great layout (opening right into a tiny hall and kitchen) and it didn't feel "homey" enough. Staff was nice but the neighbors leave something to be desired....

must be because you are canadian. I live here now and don't think that any of the above is true. I dont have any yellow jackets, AND I have a washer and dryer in my apartment. I park where I want, my neighbors arent bad AND I have NEVER seen a tow truck here.. weird.
