I would never recommend living at this property. The grounds are not that nice. The appliances in my apartment are extrememly old. When my hot water heater went out it took them two days to fix, so I had to go two days without hot water. When my lease was up I cleaned the apartment and made it look 10 times better than it did when I moved in and they only gave me $33 back of my deposit. They said they were taking $95 to wipe out the cabinets and clean the oven. The oven was clean, it was just old. They refuse to give me more money back, so I'm out $300.
