Brookside Village apartments are esthetically appealing. Everything is very new. They are very inexpensive for the quality, if you commute from the south end, they are great!

Cons: The gate is usually out of order. The management isn't fantastic, especially when your lease is over. If you have a question, they usually can't answer it. Construction=noise.

Pros: Well maintained, everything is new, decent location.
