We moved here because of the convenient location and newness. First our door was kicked down and we were robbed. Not only did management not care but they never 100% fixed the door. The gate is ALWAYS broken. The neighborhood outside the gates is dilapidated and dangerous. Our apartment was infested with ants on a regular basis (we had to keep ant traps in our kitchen at all times). The fire alarms went off in the middle of the night for no reason. I tried on many occasions to have management replace them and they refused telling me to replace the batteries. After many more battery replacements I finally convinced them the alarms were faulty and they were replaced. Management rarely notified me when a package was delivered. Convenient parking spots are hard to come by. Look elsewhere.
