We've been here for about 6 months and haven't had any problems. The grounds are kept up and very clean. Parking isn't a problem. The price for the size of the apartment is decent.
The cons are you can hear your neighbors, but then again you have to expect that when living in an apartment. The neighborhood out side of the complex area isn't the greatest.
I would so far suggest living here.
