I was viewing the property in Oct '08 possible to rent. the leasing agent wasn't helpful or friendly at all. Had a "don't care" attitude. All I could think about was being a resident, and calling w/an important maintenance issue and her acting as if she didn't care. I'd be pissed!! So she was a big turn off. Also have friends who moved in this past summer, and when i visit, I have to place a ticket in my window like I'm parking at the fair. And yes I agree w/other comments that it was quite noisy. Good luck trying to get a lil child to sleep!!!
