I lived here for two years and finally moved into an apartment I really can't afford just to get away from the place. It's a gated community, but the gate seems to open and close for no apparent reason, they don't screen tenants very well as half are owned and anyone who wishes can buy, the apartments are small, old and cracked and you have to call maintenance daily to get the smallest item fixed. I waited six months for a leak in the sink and washer to be repaired before giving up and moving out. The groudns are plain and ugly, the pool is crowded with kids and closed down for repairs a lot. If your living choice is here or a cardboard box, pick the box.
