Noisy!!

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2004
 
I lived on the second floor, and it was so noisy. The neighbors had their stereos blasting, it was impossible to sleep. People took my parking space, or parked behind me and I couldn't get out. There was garbage thrown around our building, it was starting to look trashy. I wouldn't recommend living there.
