DO NOT LIVE THERE>>>>>> POWER LINES!!!! The minute you drive into the property, you can see them standing tall over the pet field and family field.....
some family field.
Can you imagine your child wanting to fly a kite and God forbid it hit the Power Lines' They're so loud, constantly buzzing! When it rains or the grass is slightly moist I feel electric shocks on my ankles and legs.
There is a weird old man who has cats following him around in the parking lot, I often see him standing under the tree ( the tree is under the power lines) reading his paper.
I lived with my friend who lived infront of the pool....
huh some pool.
Summer days were brutal, often seeing a 500lbs whale sun bathing and a dirty man standing out on his porch wearing a robe blutantly looking at the KIDS playing!!! Police activity is prevalent!!! Always driving in and driving out with someone sitting at the back.
A few months ago four police cars came in the property to break up a shooting a from happening.
The dog field is nasty! Dog owners not picking up after their dogs.
See for yourself! Drive to the property and then ask yourself -- do I really want to live under the power lines' Do I really want to risk getting SIDE EFFECTS from living under the power lines' Hmmmm

i lived in this craphole for four years. people driving fast through the complex...your kids are not safe to play outside. some people own and some rent, because they are "condos" so if you rent, you are relying solely on that owner to respond to any of your complaints. my landlord was a slumlord, i moved in and found mold, water leaks everywhere, the pipes are horrible. wouldn't be suprised if every unit has mold!. and my neighbors, oh my. in my little unit i had 2-3 crack heroin users, three alcoholics, 2 women beaters, 3-4 people who think 2 am is the perfect time to party(all week). cops came on average 1 time every month. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!!! it is a gated communuty....but i would worry more about the people within the gates!!!!
