Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2002
 
The owners need to spend some money on repairs and up keep. The mangement staff is great, but can only do so much,Rent is high on townhouses, but the are really big, you have to pay your own water and sewer(which I still can't figure out how the figure out the sewer charge).When some one has a party the is a nightmare,they needs signs or numbers up for the assigned parking.Need more lighting on entrance.
