I have been living here for 7 years. Alot of space for the price. Nice for single parents. Good schools! However, there has been "another" management change. It is really ridiculous! The last mgt. team was awesome! They fixed the place up, kept the grounds clean, and were there on the spot any time of the day for emergencies. Since the change we have very young managers, who are just nice to talk to, but don't care anything about the property or tenants. I have complained of the garbage/furniture left by the dumpsters 4 times and nothing has been done about it. The previous mgt. would have it gone before I left for work at 6:30am. All in all, it is a nice place to live. There just has to be some major improvments in Management! It is starting to look like the Ghetto. :(
