We've lived here 8 months now. At first, we loved it...it was relatively safe and quiet, pretty family-oriented, and we have the most incredible view of the entire Auburn valley. However, two months ago, the old management got fired. We now have some people brought in from Las Vegas, and the place has gone to pot. Suddenly it's full of loud jerks whose car alarms go off for ten minutes in the middle of the night. Our toilet started running, and I had a work order put in. TWO WEEKS later the new guys shows up, takes the toilet cover off, and leaves. He didn't come back until the next day when my husband complained. And two days ago, we got a notice saying that they had raised rent. I don't feel safe here, and it's completely miserable because of the noise level, and now they want to charge us more. We're leaving.
