My roomates car got stolen here and they didn't do anything about it. When we first moved here all my roomates had an allergic reaction due to the small insects in the partment. The place is surrounded by loud and obnoxious people. The walls are thin and you can hear what the upstairs apartment are doing. The water tanked leaked also, soaking all my bags that were on the floor and green mold grew. The manageer is a pain in the arse who doesn't really help. We have issues with our contract too they said we signed a 14 month lease but as far as i can remember there is only 3 lease when we signed that contract 6,9, and 12. I won't recommend this place to anybody.

you are right. there is only a 6 9 and 12 call DBSI in Idaho and complain,(800) 678-9110 these are apts are dangerous and falling apart call the mayor nichols and dunbar city codes. do not rent til there are repairs. and get a copy of you lease you can ask and then fight.
