the walk ways and stairs are dry rotted and falling down. the management is always on vaccation or knocking on your door at 2 am drunk. no lights outside a rape case ready to happen. buggs in apts.non working stoves frigs never here to fix things. KING5 news did a story about how bad a apt was here. drug dealing. tolets falling through walls and bath tubs rottening through floors and walls repaired with foam.
