At least the person who wrote "don't bother" only had to wait two weeks to get someone there......when we moved in (July 2006)the bedroom shower did not work and we immediately had a work order put in...in DECEMBER someone came by to fix it after I called and called and finally paid to have it fixed myself. Did they reimburse me' OF COURSE NOT...they said I should have been more patient! Can you imagine'

There is a tenant who is an obvious active alcoholic who drives, weaving and all that jazz through the parking lot full of kids at any hour of the day and night and the management won't even tell her not to put our children at risk.

There is dog poop everywhere.

I must say that the grounds person is a sweet man who works his fingers to the bone and does his best, but there is only one of him...too much for him to even make a dent in it.


The wiring was very bad in our apartment and we had no power for over two weeks and we lost our computer, TV, XBox 360, stereo. microwave and coffee maker to power surges that were so strong even surge protector wouldn't save them!(plus all of our perishable food)The manager at the time, Tony, basically told us to kiss his fat hiney. He claimed it was a problem caused by Puget Sound Energy (that was proven to be false) and they wouldn't do one damn thing to help us. This was in the middle of winter, we had nowhere else to go and couldn't afford even a dinky, dirty hotel room for four for over TWO weeks! We had no heat, no lights and a dark Christmas that year.

The stairs to our apartment and our back porch were literally rotting away. You could also feel "soft spots" everywhere under our carper.


I wouldn't even recommend this place to my worst enemy.
