I'm not just another basher on this website to bash on anyone given. I am a human being who thinks me and my family should have been treated as human beings. Please do not take what i say lightly. I am serious. I stick by my words. I do not lie.

Clearwater Ridge is a Black Mold infested apartment complex. We hadn't a clue when we decided to move in last summer. Everything checked nice and the apartment was spacious & we couldnt want any more! When we did our move in, everything checked nice....so far....

Well a few weeks later mold started to appear. Then, i was very uneducated in the area of Mold/Air/Indoor Air Quality. After researching many months on this given stuff, we had discovered we were living in it! Seriously, if you don't know, BLACK MOLD is very deadly, toxic, and it gave one of my family members a permanent health condition, that probably will follow them through out the rest of thier lives. I am very unhappy and very upset when apartment maintenance decided to come out and "Inspect" our apartment AKA "Come in your apartment and gang up on you and make you think your stupid".

WEll, after they drilled a hole into our wall and might i add...they left it there! They sent out a maintenance guy the next morning, UNANNOUNCED... just to ENTER our apartment. If you know the law, you KNOW thats ILLEGAL. So, 2 weeks after that encounter, they came out, only to do the same thing again! I was on my way to work...about nooonish...and someone knocked on the door.....We didnt answer because we never open the door for anyone there without knowing whom they are and what thier purpose thier is. Well, they put the key in, unlocked the door, and just almost walked in! I had just gotten out of the shower! What an invasion of privacy!

So, for your health, privacy, and sanity please do not even check out this place.

PS: I am not a dirty person whatsoever. I work at a daycare facility where we live military style on cleaning. i learned from the best :).

So, i guess after all that, the only "Good" thing i could say after this was...well, lets see here maybe the size of the living room' Looks incredible on the outside, oh man what lies on the inside'

So yeah, parking is also another battle. Youll park what feels like 1/8 of a mile away from your car. SO unsafe! You could get mugged!

This family was evicted for not paying there rent, not just that they had the health department come out and they found that the mold was from there living condition not the apartments. You should have seen the way they lived then you would understand.

Seems like Management, well EX MANAGER is on here posting confidential information about a tenant, am i right? Isn't that against policy on here? WOW- Blaming the tenant...so typical. Yet, the tenants had to live in thier living room because thier room got so damp, they had to throw thier bed away. Anytime they stayed in thier room, they would wake up in a wet bed, how fun huh? Isn't it funny they live at a NICER NEWER place that they had previously lived before coming there, and wow, NO MOLD! How awesome! They are much happier now that they don't have to worry about coming home to a mold infested, damp, dirty, crappy apartment. Ha! This is sooo funnnnnnyyyyyyy

I am currectly the manager at Clearwater Ridge (new Manager and property Managment change) know one should be pointing at another person or giving out personal information. People need to understand that apartment living is different and mold happens, with older build apartments that do not have the new window and vents in the walls. The mold is in the window frams from the condensation. This is NOT BLACK MOLD, I am sorry that this person had a hard time living here, but it seems that things worked out for the best.

to the manager who posted this - you are a lousy manager. You just don't get it but someday it will come back on you and slap you in the face. There are older apts who don't have mold and your idea of resolution is not correct. Oh - I forgot - you know it ALL.

I lived at Clearwater Ridge with my family from 2004-2006. For apartment living, I thought it was great. We did get mold in our sills, too, but the solution was simple. We were told to just open the windows a crack after showers and baths. It was condensation building up in the windows, not black mold. You can also buy cheap mold-inhibiting spray, and deal with it yourself.
