If i could just have the option to put ZERO stars for each catagory i would have. I can tell from the latest reviews everyone else is very disatisfied with Clearwater Ridge. The Manager walked around like a 16 year old flaunting her junk around where she shouldn't have been in the first place. She always had tons of people coming in and out of her apartment, so let's see here, what was she up to' Obviously nothing too good since she isn't manager there anymore. There's mold in the apartments and management has yet to do anything about it. They seem to blame the tenants yet Black Mold will grow in walls that are damp from no insulation. If I recall, Management usually is suppost to upkeep thier apartments at tip top shape. At Clearwater all they care about is money and taking more money any chance they can get. The Groundskeeper guy that fixes everything drives a nearly broken down NIssan truck and can hardly fix anything. The whole image is bad at Clearwater. They think they are classy yet ha! They live in the ghettoist area in Auburn! Their prices are way too overpriced! Please go somewhere else!
