I have lived here for almost two years and, yes, there is mold that does grow around the sills in the apartment. My girlfriend and I (more her than me!) clean the apartment on a regular basis but it comes back. The size and price of the apartment are great. You get a lot for your money. Although my girlfriend did have her bike stolen from the front of the apartment, it was there for over a month. It's unfortunate that it happened but that could happen anywhere. The kids that live there are out a bit late and loud. Again, you're living in an apartment so you should keep that in mind.

The maintenance guy doesn't have the easiest job but they are reasonable in the amount of time they respond. The way I see it, just because you live in an apartment doesn't mean that every little thing that happens is their responsibility to fix. I've fixed the dishwasher on my own once after they had "fixed" it and it didn't work correctly a few days later.

Overall, the late-night kids can be annoying. The management isn't everywhere but how can the be' Lastly, the amount you're paying for the size of the apartment was way better than anywhere else in the area. The way I see it, you're living in an apartment so take some responsibility on your own and fix the things you can. When the washer needed to be replaced it took them a couple days to get one to replace it because they couldn't fix it but give them a break... there's how many tenants requesting to have them come change light bulbs and tighten knob on the sink to keep it from running. These things should be handled by the tenant.

I'd recommend it to people who can overlook the small things and can handle the kids. After all, I talk to the kids almost every day when I come home. When you build a relationship with them, you can go out and ask them to quiet down and they listen. It's not as bad as some people have made it look.

repairs! what a joke - it took me a year of repeatedly putting in work orders before items were fixed. Mold is a big issue and one apt has a problem with flooding. The families lose all they have yet the mgmt continues to move people into this apt.
