If you value your health and peace of mind, do NOT move into these apartments. Past and current management have not and do not keep on top of the problems. They enable groups of people who seem to "come awake" after midnight and disturb the peace and your sleep. Cops are also slow to respond. Parents either enable their teens or refuse to do their duty. It took over a year to get management to evict a tenant who would hold the complex hostage from midnight to 5am with her threats, etc.
