I absolutely love this place. It's brand new, so I'm the first one to live in my townhouse. The main reason I leased here instead of renting a house is because they pay water, sewer, and garbage, which nobody does around here! The kitchen has a lot of personality with stainless steel appliances. It's hidden behind some low end apartments, but I forget once I'm inside. It's beautiful inside and taken care of outside. I had a few friends over last night and I was able to park my guests in a extra parking area across the fence by my townhouse. It wasn't even an issue. The manager is a nice younger girl and lives here too. She has a good attitude and handles problems pretty quickly. I have a garage I love and have quiet neighbors. Unless I buy a house, I'm not going anywhere.
