The staff is REALLY NICE and ACCOMODATING. I think they try to make the living experience as nice as possible. But there's only so much you can do with limited resources.

It's not that the place is bad. It's just bad for the money. Many of the tenants stick around forever, which is either good or bad depending on how you look at it. Good in that they feel comfortable there. Bad in that they never escape.

I feel bad criticizing the place, because people seem really friendly there, but it stinks, it's run down, and the apartment floorplans are atrocious, unless you like half your apartment being taken up by the bathroom. I swear the bathroom is bigger than the bedroom.

So if your idea of home includes rusty F-150s and the combined smell of cat urine, frat house cleaner, and old gym socks, feel free to stop by. Otherwise, it just seems to me there are better places for the money. They keep the place pretty much full so I guess I'm just too picky.

USELESS REVIEW, Very confusing. I don't feel this is an honest review of The Gardens. If this property is so run down, and the rents were too high, the floorplans, and ammentities did not meet this persons needs,and smelt so bad. Why did they choose The Gardens? There are several other apartment communities they could have chosen to live at in Auburn.
