I found it to be money well spent. The staff is one of the more polite and amicable of the properties I have lived in. Very willing to work with you, very give and take on the living situations. Located in a good neihoborhood,homeowners,business nearby. Easy access. The apts are structually sound and pleasing to the eye. Inside was very clean, open, airy,with a layout (2 bdrm) that was very well thought out. Bedrooms were seperated enough to provide privacy from sight or sound. I did not find any of the negatives that the previous poster found. Quite the opposite.
And most people know that if tenants stay for long periods it is because they are happy where they live not miserable. I looked all over the surrounding area for my price range and hands down this place stood out, for the very reasons I listed. Sure I could pay more and get the same size apt with a staff that was hard nose by the book,but who would want that. I could get a larger place for more money and have to drive a fair distance to get to the freeways. but why' I looked at places that were less money same size. Talk about your cat urine, worn out torn up properties. You want a reasonable rent in a safe neihborhood, clean place,staff that lives in the real world. This is a good place.
